
Ushbu maqola O‘zbekistonda oliy ta’lim tizimida qizlar va ayollarning ijtimoiy faolligi hamda yetakchilik salohiyatini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan mexanizmlarni nazariy jihatdan tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqot sifatli (qualitative) yondashuv asosida milliy normativ-huquqiy baza, xalqaro hujjatlar (CEDAW, BRM, UNESCO strategiyalari), oliy ta’lim muassasalari tashabbuslari va statistika ma’lumotlarini solishtirma tahlil qiladi. Maqolada shuni ko‘rish mumkin: davlat tomonidan qizlarni oliy ta’limga jalb qilish uchun kvotalar, grantlar va kontrakt to‘lovlarini qoplash kabi choralar joriy etilgani natijasida ayollar ulushi sezilarli ortgan; ayrim universitetlarda gender markazlari tashkil etilib, qizlar uchun ijtimoiy va akademik qo‘llab-quvvatlov mexanizmlari yo‘lga qo‘yilgan.
