Abstract

Ushbu maqolada 2019 yil 2 sentyabrda qabul qilingan “Xotin-qizlar va erkaklar uchun teng huquq hamda imkoniyatlar kafolatlari to'g'risida” O'zbekiston Respublikasining qonuni xotin-qizlarning jamiyatdagi o'rniga qaratilgan huquqiy himoya, huquqiy kafolat sifatida ma'qullanganligi, mamlakatimizda ayol qadrini yuksaltirish borasida amalga oshirilgan keng qamrovli islohotlar, bu borada yaratilgan huquqiy asoslar va muntazam takomillashtirib borilayotganligi bilan hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega ekanligi yoritilgan.
