
Resumen Hablar de COVID permite mantenernos alerta y estar mejor preparados ante futuras crisis sanitarias, corregir y aprender de los errores, aprender a tomar mejores decisiones y fortalecer al equipo de trabajo. El presente caso de estudio analiza cómo una empresa mexicana enfrentó exitosamente los retos y desafíos derivados de la pandemia COVID-19 a través de estrategias administrativas, sanitarias y financieras, además del impacto positivo para mantener su estabilidad en el mercado. Es importante resaltar que, gracias a la implementación de programas como ELSSA, CLIMSS, NORMA 035-STPS, se logró mejorar y cuidar la salud de los colaboradores y sus familias al generar entornos seguros y saludables para la estabilidad organizacional, garantizando la continuidad operativa, el cuidado y el resguardo de sus colaboradores. Los resultados muestran que estas estrategias no solo mantuvieron la estabilidad y productividad, sino también reforzaron el sentido de pertenencia y fidelidad de sus miembros, demostrando que la combinación entre la prevención y planificación con un enfoque humano genera resiliencia y transforma la empresa en un modelo a seguir. Finalmente se evidencia que implementar políticas de seguridad y salud laboral, gestión administrativa y sostenibilidad financiera para hacer frente a situaciones de crisis son la clave del éxito. Abstract Talking about COVID allows us to stay alert and better prepared for future health crises, correct mistakes, make better decisions, and strengthen the work team. This case study analyzes how a Mexican company successfully faced the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic through administrative, health, and financial strategies, as well as the positive impact on maintaining its market stability. It is important to highlight that, thanks to the implementation of programs such as ELSSA, CLIMSS, and NORMA 035-STPS, the company was able to improve and protect the health of its employees and their families by creating safe and healthy environments for organizational stability, guaranteeing operational continuity, and ensuring the care and protection of its employees. The results show that these strategies not only maintained stability and productivity but also reinforced the sense of belonging and loyalty of its members, demonstrating that the combination of prevention and planning with a human-centered approach generates resilience and transforms the company into a model to follow. Finally, the importance of implementing occupational health and safety policies, administrative management, and financial sustainability to cope with crises is evident; these are the key to success.
