This deliverable presents the final version of D2.1 and D2.3, describing both the technical and social features of the AURORA App, which citizens use to track their energy behaviour. It outlines the app’s development process, requirements and specifications, and shows how socio-technical considerations from previous tasks have been integrated. The document also examines the app’s user reach, the feedback received, and the responses implemented. On the social side, it provides an extensive state-of-the-art review and the psychological foundations behind the recommendations sent by the AURORA Recommender system, emphasizing that these recommendations are designed to effectively promote behavioural change. The recommender is described technically, including its requirements, functionalities, and the full set of message types currently in use. The deliverable also presents an interactive dashboard for deeper data exploration and transparency, and it concludes with a description of the gamification strategies implemented in AURORA.
