ЮҚОРИ МАҲСУЛДОР ҚОРАМОЛЛАРДА НЕКРОБАКТЕРИОЗ ТАРҚАЛИШИ: САНИТАРИЯ ВА ЭКОЛОГИК ОМИЛЛАР ТАҲЛИЛИ

Abstract

Ушбу тадқиқотда юқори маҳсулдор қорамолларда учрайдиган некробактериоз касаллиги санитария ва экологик омиллар билан боғлиқ ҳолда чуқур таҳлил қилинган. Шунингдек Тошкент вилоятидаги фермер хўжаликларида некробактериоз тарқалиш даражаси, клиник белгилари таҳлил қилинган. Тадқиқот давомида некробактериоз касалигининг тарқалишига намлик, тупроқнинг ифлосланиши, озиқлантириш тизимидаги камчиликлар ва гигиена талабларига риоя этилмаслик каби омиллар таъсир кўрсатиши аниқланган. Fusobacterium necrophorum патоген штаммини ажратиш орқали ташхис тасдиқланган. Тадқиқот натижалари чорвачиликда некробактериоз инфекцияларини назорат қилиш, озиқ-овқат хавфсизлигини таъминлаш ва иқтисодий самарадорликни оширишга хизмат қилади.
