Abstract

Ushbu maqolada oliy o‘quv yurtlarida moliyaviy resurslarni boshqarish mexanizmini takomillashtirishgadoir yondashuvlar keltirilgan. Zamonaviy sharoitda moliyaviy resurslarni maqsadli boshqarish oliy ta’limni isloh qilishva uning samarali rivojlanishini ta’minlashning ustuvor yo‘nalishlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Maqolada ta’lim muassasalarinimoliyalashtirish mexanizmlariga turli yondashuvlarning batafsil tavsifi berilgan, moliyaviy, statistik va prognoz ma’lumotlarasosida moliyaviy resurslarni boshqarish mexanizmining ta’siri tahlil qilingan hamda moliyaviy resurslardan maqsadlifoydalanish samaradorligini oshirishning asosiy usullari ishlab chiqilgan. Resurslardan to‘g‘ri va oqilona foydalanish oliyta’limni modernizatsiya qilish, ijtimoiy soha va iqtisodiyot tarmoqlarini ilg‘or ta’lim texnologiyalari asosida rivojlantirishgaxizmat qilishi aniqlangan
