Abstract

تشكل مبادئ FAIR حلول واقعية لتنفيذ مقترحات توصيات اليونسكوا للعلم المفتوح ، خلال هذه المداخلة سيقع تقديم جملة من تطبيقاتها العملية من خلال تجربة المركز الوطني الجامعي للتوثيق العلمي والتقني. والهدف الرئيس لهذه المداخلة هو تعريف المجتمع البحثي العربي بهذه المبادئ من اجل والمرور من مرحلة التبني الى مرحلة التطبيق عبر وساءل متاحة للجميع وتعتمد على معايير دولية متفق عليها مما سيساهم في تطوير السياسات العربية في نشر البحوث العلمية والرفع من مقروئية هذه البحوث على المستوى المحلي والدولي.
