Abstract

Jamiyatning turli sohalaridagi zamonaviy tadqiqotchilar kasbiy moslashuv hodisasiga tobora ko‘proq e’tibor qaratmoqdalar. Ushbu tushunchani chuqurroq anglash uchun uning etimologiyasini ko‘rib chiqish muhim. Umumiy mazmunda adaptatsiya (lotincha “adapto” – “moslashtiraman”) xodimning tashqi va ichki muhit sharoitlariga moslashish jarayonini ifodalaydi. Atrof-muhitning doimiy o‘zgarishini hisobga olgan holda, moslashuvni insonning yangi sharoitlarga moslashishining faol jarayoni sifatida aniqlash shubha tug‘dirishi mumkin.
