IA Et Interprétation En Psychanalyse Clinique : Quelle Collaboration ?

Abstract

Cet article explore la possibilité d’une collaboration entre intelligence artificielle (IA) et psychanalyse clinique. À partir d’une approche qualitative, critique et transdisciplinaire, il examine les limites structurelles de l’IA face aux dimensions inconscientes, transférentielles et symboliques constitutives du cadre psychanalytique. L’étude s’appuie sur une double analyse : un axe technoclinique (examen des outils comme Woebot, Wysa, Tess, Ellie) et un axe épistémologico-clinique fondé sur des auteurs comme Freud, Lacan ou Winnicott. L’IA, bien qu’efficace pour le triage, le suivi émotionnel ou la détection de signaux linguistiques, ne peut reproduire les processus subjectifs complexes ni incarner l’Autre du transfert. L’analyse de cinq cas cliniques ivoiriens illustre cette limite, en soulignant l’importance du cadre, de la présence humaine, du silence et du désir. Trois scénarios prospectifs sont proposés : le cabinet hybride, le clinicien augmenté et, de manière critique, le chatbot lacanien. L’article conclut que seule une IA strictement encadrée et utilisée comme outil complémentaire, jamais substitutif, peut avoir sa place en clinique psychanalytique, dans le respect absolu de la subjectivité du patient.
