Abstract

Ушбу илмий мақолада бирламчи ёпиқ бурчакли глаукомани генетик жиҳатдан гетероген гуруҳи эканлиги, кўриш майдонининг қайтарилмас нуқсонларини келтириб чиқариши кўрсатиб ўтилган. Глаукома ҳам моноген, ҳам мураккаб касаллик сифатида наслдан-наслга мерос бўлиб ўтади, бу кўпинча кўз ичи босимининг ошиши (КИБ), трабекуляр тармоқ ва кўзнинг олд камерасидаги нуқсонлар билан боғлиқ бўлиб, кўз ичи суюқлигининг чиқиши бузилишига, кўрув нервининг прогрессив дегенерациясига олиб келади. Бироқ, КИБнинг кўтарилиши касалликнинг бошланиши ёки ривожланиши учун зарур ва етарли эмас. Мақолада ёпиқ бурчакли глаукоманинг генетикаси бўйича мавжуд маълумотлар қисман келтирилган
