МОДЕЛИ И TEXHOЛОГИЯ РАЗВИТИЯ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОЙ ФУНКЦИИ ОВРАЗОВАНИИ ЛИЧНОСТИ

Abstract

Образование предполагает не только сохранение, но и укрепление человечности в человеке в условиях информационного общества. Имея статус социального института, образование подняло педагогическую функцию на уровень общественного интеллекта, оно вобрало в себя не только социально-духовно-педагогическое воспроизводство человека, но и воспроизводство общественного интеллекта, знаний, культуры народов, связанных общей исторической судьбой. В этой связи развитие педагогической функции рассматривается в непрерывном процессе возвышения от родовой, педагогически-ориентированной деятельности к профессиональной деятельности будущего учителя, направленной на сохранение и поддержание целостности образовательных систем, обеспечивающих жизнеспособность общества. Функционально-личностная технология призвана обеспечить преемственность развития педагогической функции учителя и продвижение человека в его развитии до прогнозируемого уровня.
