Guidelines on data submission - ENA.v.1.4

Abstract

This document is designed to provide a summary of the key steps for submitting raw reads and genome assemblies (including annotations) to the European Nucleotide Archive or ENA. This document is not intended to replace the comprehensive guidelines provided by ENA. Instead, it aims to serve as a quick reference for essential steps for anyone working on an ERGA-Related Project.
