Abstract

Este informe documenta las prácticas del Máster en Ingeniería Biomédica realizadas en el Centre d’Alt Rendiment (CAR) de Sant Cugat del Vallès, en el Departamento de Fisiología y Nutrición del Área de Ciencias, Medicina y Tecnología. Se describe la aplicación de técnicas de evaluación funcional del deportista, incluyendo ergoespirometría, análisis de lactato, bioimpedancia multifrecuencia, cineantropometría, cámaras climáticas y simulación hipóxica, junto con la interpretación de parámetros fisiológicos y la validación de protocolos de esfuerzo. El trabajo aborda también la relación entre la fisiología del deporte y la insuficiencia suprarrenal, proponiendo paralelismos con la enfermedad de Addison y la posibilidad de diseñar nuevos protocolos de esfuerzo adaptados a pacientes y deportistas.
