gAIRR-wgs: An Algorithm to Genotype T Cell Receptor Alleles Using Whole Genome Sequencing Data

Abstract

This dataset comprises the T-cell receptor (TR) genotypes of 1,492 Taiwan Biobank participants, generated using the gAIRR-wgs pipeline applied to whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data. Because the dataset contains individual-level genomic information, it is classified as restricted-access and cannot be deposited in public repositories. Access to Taiwan Biobank data requires approval from the Taiwan Biobank Data Release Committee, and all data usage must follow their regulations. Researchers interested in accessing the data or establishing a collaboration may contact Dr. Jacob Shu-Jui Hsu (jacobhsu@g.ntu.edu.tw) and Dr. Pei-Lung Chen (paylong@ntu.edu.tw).For citation, please refer to the current preprint:Huang KT, Yang YH, Lin MJ, Lai SK, Chou TH, Lee CY, Hung TK, Hsu CL, Yang YC, Chen CY, Chen PL, Hsu SJ.gAIRR-wgs: An Algorithm to Genotype T Cell Receptor Alleles Using Whole Genome Sequencing Data.bioRxiv 2025.10.11.681280. doi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2025.10.11.681280Citation information will be updated once the study is formally published.
