Processed Seurat objects from scRNA-seq data of the aging subventricular zone (SVZ) neurogenic niche with immune-based interventions

Abstract

This repository contains the processed Seurat objects from the publication "Targeting immune cells in the old brain with engineered proteins". Raw sequencing data is available at the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) under accession number XXX. Code used to process and analyze the data is available on GitHub (https://github.com/PalomaNavarro/TargetingImmuneCellsSVZ). These Seurat objects are filtered to high-quality singlets for samples included in the publication. Descriptions and notable metadata: Brain_lung_Tcells_seurat.rds - T cells freshly isolated from brain and lung of old mice RIPR1_svz_tcr_seurat.rds - SVZ after treament with RIPR-PD1, cohort 1 RIPR2_svz_tcr_seurat.rds - SVZ after treament with RIPR-PD1, cohort 2 IL10_svz_seurat.rds - SVZ after treament with increasing concetrations of WT and engineered IL-10 WT_IL10_svz_seurat.rds - SVZ after treament with WT IL-10
