Splicing TWAS fine-mapping in the UK Biobank and All of Us

Abstract

sTWAS fine-mapping results This contains the full fine-mapping meta-analysis summary statistics which was run seperately for each PheCode, including all predicted gene expression and splicing event features in an LD block which had at least one significant association for that PheCode in the splicing TWAS meta-analysis, as described in our manuscript (https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2025.09.19.25336165v1). Column and parameter information is as described in the B-LORE github (https://github.com/soedinglab/b-lore/).
