To develop students’ moral education, teachers can implement step-by-step programs. In the first stage, the concept of universal human values — such as compassion, justice, kindness, and legal culture — is introduced. In the second stage, students become familiar with national values, traditions, and customs, which helps to foster critical thinking, as through critical reflection they learn to express a conscious attitude toward their cultural heritage. In the third stage, the focus is on practical application of moral values — through group projects, volunteering, and practical activities aimed at enhancing students’ sense of individual responsibility. In the fourth stage, students are encouraged to develop a global outlook, participating in international forums and scientific conferences to understand the broader significance of moral concepts on a global scale.
