This study explores the effects of integrating Positive Psychology (PP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in order to transform English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning. It conducted a systematic review of 60 studies published between 2018 and 2025, and combined content analysis and thematic synthesis to examine how key PP constructs are supported through AI-enhanced tools. The study then conducted a focused review of 12 studies which applied AI-based interventions in order to provide deeper insights into learner experience, affective shifts, and academic outcomes. The study used a 20-question review checklist and synthesized its findings into a three-tiered intervention model. This model linked PP inputs, AI processes, and learning outcomes
