Abstract

All data processing scripts, statistical model code, and intermediate data products supporting this study are openly available in this repository. The repository includes (i) R scripts for data preprocessing, boosted regression tree modeling, and spatial simulations of nutrient reduction scenarios; (ii) derived lake-level chlorophyll-a products calibrated to in situ observations; and (iii) metadata and documentation describing variable transformations, model parameters, and file structures. Raw satellite chlorophyll-a data are publicly available from the Copernicus Marine Environmental Monitoring Service (CMEMS), while ancillary datasets are cited in the manuscript. The repository provides all code and processed data necessary to reproduce the analyses and figures in this paper.
