PREPRINT FOR TECHNICAL REVIEW (v1.0 - October 2025)This preprint presents IMCA+, a substrate-level alignment architecture embedding moral invariants in ASI. All core theoretical guarantees, axioms, and empirical techniques are transparently labeled with known proof states, validation status, and technical open questions. We invite urgent critical review and endorsement, especially on: constitutional gate proof, federated conscience consensus, IIT measurement scaling, and hardware irreversibility.
