This deliverable has been approved by the European Commission. This document serves as appendix to Deliverable 3.2. "Publish maps and models of species environmental niches and geographic distributions in Europe on OBIS". It includes maps of current period and future predictions of six hundred and six species chosen for testing the framework and modelled using the method of Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (LASSO) and Random Forest (RF) involved in Deliverable 3.2 of MPA Europe. It is expected that at least 15,000 species will be modelled until the end of the project. The information provided is crucial for policy-relevant research focusing on MPA designation, in particular, mapping biodiversity patterns, and will feed the main subsequent task of Prioritisation (WP5) of systematic conservation planning to design (prioritise locations for an) MPA networks. | selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
