Selbstwirksamkeit und Führung: Strategien in den ersten 100 Tagen als Schulleitung

Abstract

Die Übernahme einer Schulleitung erfordert in den ersten 100 Tagen weit mehr als administrative Kom- petenz: Es gilt, die eigene Rolle im Wandel zu definieren und ein zeitgemäßes Führungsverständnis zu etablieren – geprägt von Gleichwürdigkeit, Vertrauen und Verantwortung (Juul & Jensen, 2023). Im Sinne des österreichischen Schulleitungsprofils umfasst wirksame Führung Selbstführung, Mitarbeiter:innenför- derung und strategische Schulgestaltung. Der Beitrag zeigt, wie Positive Leadership mit PERMA-Lead (Ebner, 2024) und die Inner Development Goals (IDGs) zur Entwicklung innerer Kompetenzen, zur Motiva- tionsförderung und zur Stärkung von Selbstwirksamkeit beitragen können.
