LES FACTEURS INFLUENÇANT L'INTENTION D'ACHAT EN LIGNE DU CONSOMMATEUR À ABIDJAN : CAS DE LA VENTE DE LA NOURRITURE

Abstract

Cet article a pour objectif d’analyser les facteurs déterminants de l’intention d’achat en ligne dans le contexte de la vente de nourriture. Une approche méthodologique mixte a été utilisée, alliant une étude qualitative, menée à travers des entretiens semi-directifs auprès de vingt (20) consommateurs, et une étude quantitative, réalisée auprès de cent quarante-quatre (144) répondants par le biais d’un questionnaire administré selon la méthode de convenance. Les résultats montrent que l’utilité perçue, la facilité d’utilisation et l’expérience d’achat influencent positivement l’attitude des consommateurs. À l’inverse, le risque perçu exerce un effet négatif sur cette attitude. L’étude confirme l’impact décisif de l’attitude sur l’intention d’achat en ligne. Ces résultats offrent des implications pratiques pour améliorer l’expérience utilisateur et renforcer la confiance en e-commerce.
