This note publicly discloses the Reflective Alignment Architecture (RAA): a five-dimensional framework for evaluating and stabilizing moral coherence in large language models. It defines the 5-R circuit (Regulation, Reflection, Reasoning, Reciprocity, Resonance), the Moral Coherence Index (MCI), and the stabilizing parameter of Care (Ψ). RAA provides a scientific and auditable structure for measuring reflective stability and ethical consistency. This publication serves as the official public timestamp of authorship and priority for the RAA framework and associated concepts.
