O'ZBEKISTONDA MILLIY MADANIY MEROSNI SAQLASH VA TARG'IB QILISH SIYOSATINING TARIXIY BOSQICHLARI

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida milliy madaniy merosni saqlash va targ‘ib qilish siyosatining shakllanish jarayoni hamda uning tarixiy bosqichlari tahlil qilingan. Unda sovet davridan to mustaqillik yillarigacha, shuningdek, so‘nggi yillarda amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar bosqichma-bosqich yoritilgan. Maqolada madaniy merosni muhofaza qilishning huquqiy asoslari, davlat siyosatidagi o‘zgarishlar, xalqaro tashkilotlar bilan hamkorlik natijalari va raqamlashtirish jarayonlarining ahamiyati tahlil etiladi. Shuningdek, milliy o‘zlikni tiklash va yosh avlodni vatanparvarlik ruhida tarbiyalashda madaniy merosning o‘rni haqida fikr yuritiladi. Tadqiqot natijasida O‘zbekistonda madaniy merosni asrab-avaylash va uni jahon miqyosida targ‘ib qilish davlat siyosatining ustuvor yo‘nalishlaridan biriga aylangani ta’kidlanadi.
