Abstract

Dolzarbligi: Quyma koronkalarni tayyorlashdagi klinik-texnik xatolar restavratsiya muvaffaqiyatsizligining asosiy sababidir. Ushbu xatoliklar chet muvofiqsizligiga (marginal discrepancy) olib keladi, bu esa ikkilamchi kariyes va periodontal kasalliklarning rivojlanishiga sharoit yaratadi. Maqsad: An'anaviy ("lost-wax") va zamonaviy raqamli (Intraoral skanerlash + SLM) usullarda tayyorlangan yakkalik metallokeramik koronkalarning chet muvofiqligini va jarayondagi xatoliklar chastotasini qiyosiy baholash. Materiallar va Usullar: Andijon Davlat Tibbiyot Instituti klinikasida 85 nafar bemor (n=85) ishtirokida prospektiv randomizatsiyalangan klinik tadqiqot o‘tkazildi. Bemorlar ikki guruhga bo‘lindi: 1-Guruh (n=42, an'anaviy usul: PVS ottisk, "lost-wax" quyma) va 2-Guruh (n=43, raqamli usul: intraoral skanerlash, SLM). Chet muvofiqsizligi (marginal discrepancy) sementlashdan oldin Silikon Replika Usuli (SRT) yordamida o‘lchandi. Klinik va texnik bosqichlarda qayta tayyorlash (remake) talab etilgan holatlar soni qayd etildi. Natijalar: Raqamli guruhda (2-Guruh) o‘rtacha chet muvofiqsizligi an'anaviy guruhga (1-Guruh) qaraganda statistik ishonchli darajada past bo‘lgan (62.8 ± 15.3 µm ga qarshi 105.4 ± 22.1 µm; p < 0.001). Shuningdek, klinik (19.0% ga qarshi 4.6%; p < 0.05) va texnik (11.9% ga qarshi 2.3%; p < 0.05) xatoliklar (qayta tayyorlash) soni raqamli guruhda sezilarli darajada kamroq bo‘ldi. Xulosa: To‘liq raqamli stomatologik oqim (IOS + SLM) an'anaviy quyma usullariga qaraganda klinik va texnik xatoliklarni sezilarli darajada kamaytiradi va restavratsiyalarning chet muvofiqligini yaxshilaydi. Bu esa, o‘z navbatida, restavratsiyalarning uzoq muddatli biologik muvaffaqiyatini ta'minlash uchun asos yaratadi.
