Novel pleiotropic loci links vascular and immune pathways in systemic sclerosis and primary Raynaud's phenomenon

Abstract

This release contains the summary statistics of the study "Novel pleiotropic loci links vascular and immune pathways in systemic sclerosis and primary Raynaud’s phenomenon", describing the results of the METASOFT meta-analysis. Three summary statistics are included, comprising the cross-trait meta-analysis between primary Raynaud's Phenomenon (RP) and systemic sclerosis (SSc), limited cutaneous systemic sclerosis (lcSSc) and diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis (dcSSc): Summary statistics of the meta-analysis between primary RP and SSc: Raynaud_SSc.tsv Summary statistics of the meta-analysis between primary RP and lcSSc: Raynaud_lcSSc.tsv Summary statistics of the meta-analysis between primary RP and dcSSc: Raynaud_dcSSc.tsv Summary statistics contain the results for METASOFT meta-analysis for each meta-analysis. All genomic positions are reported with reference to the GRCh38 genome build. Please refer to the original manuscript for more information about the original GWASs included, quality controls and filtering of the signals.
