Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida jazoni ijro etish muassasalarining turlari, ularning huquqiy maqomi va ozodlikdan mahrum qilish jazosi ijrosini tashkil etish masalalari yoritilgan. Mamlakatimiz jinoyat-ijroiya qonunchiligi insonparvarlik tamoyillari asosida takomillashib borayotgani, afv etish va jamoat birlashmalari kafilligi asosida jazodan ozod qilishning yangi tizimi joriy etilgani ta’kidlanadi.
