This dataset is a Supporting Information for the related article. It includes all the modelled greenhouse compartment experimental inputs during the whole simulation, as well as the model outputs presented and discussed in this paper. The measurement campaign was organized and realized by the CTIFL (Centre Interprofessionnel des Fruits et Légumes, Carquefou, France) in 2014-2015. Thus, the experimental data were collected and managed by the persons affiliated to the CTIFL. The model output data (simulations) are the result of the work presented in the paper, and have been produced by the persons affiliated to the GEPEA, Oniris and Institut Agro Rennes-Angers. Data curation realized by these persons is detailed in each file of the dataset. The dataset is splitted into several folders: Measurements_dataset includes the experimental data (climate measurements, equipment statuses, agronomic data). FIG-x folders include the necessary data to reproduce the corresponding figures in the paper. S1-FIG-x folders correspond to figures in the S1 Supporting Information file. Additionnal_data includes model outputs discussed in the paper, but which are not explicitly used to draw figures. Each subfolder includes a description file (txt) when not included in an .ods (OpenDocument) file, and the data tables in .csv and/or .ods. For each of them, the main post-treatments are detailed. CHANGELOG (2025-11-07) The instrumentation details are added in the pdf file named "Instrumentation details.pdf". The dataset remains unchanged.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
