EVALUATION DE LA QUALITE DES SOINS AU SERVICE DE CHIRURGIE PÉDIATRIQUE DU CHU GABRIEL TOURE

Abstract

L’étude a été portée sur 110 usagers, choisi de façon empirique afin de déterminer leur niveau de satisfaction. L’analyse des résultats a montré que la qualité des soins au service de chirurgie pédiatrique du CHU Gabriel TOURE s’élevait à 70,93%. Les normes professionnelles y contribuaient à 26,39% et la satisfaction des usagers à 44,54%. La qualité des soins avait été mesurée sur la base de la somme des points mis en jeu (360). Les griefs formulés étaient entre autres : la négligence du personnel, l'absence d'orientation, la non prise en charge des urgences sans paiement préalable et la longue attente. En plus deux (2) usagers avaient été victime de vol. L’élaboration de cette étude nous a permis d’avoir des référentiels sur la qualité des soins au service de chirurgie pédiatrique du CHU Gabriel TOURE. Des insuffisances particulières ont été mises en évidence nous donnant ainsi plus de détails sur les éléments d’insatisfaction. Autant de données qui doivent être corrigées pour l’amélioration de la qualité des soins.
