Breast Augmentation Demand: A Cross-City Search Study Across Six Major Southeastern North American Metros (2023–2025)

Abstract

Overview. This observational study quantifies consumer interest in breast augmentation (breast implants) across six major metros closest to Tampa—Miami, Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, Charlotte, and Jacksonville—using Google Keyword Planner data from Aug 2023–Jul 2025. We aggregated average monthly searches and computed year-over-year (YoY) % change for standardized query groups (e.g., “breast augmentation,” “breast implants,” “silicone vs saline implants,” “breast augmentation cost + [city],” “best breast implant surgeon + [city]”). Methods. City-level keyword clusters were normalized and reported as average monthly search volume with YoY change; no inferential statistics were performed (descriptive trends analysis using advertiser-facing estimates). Key findings. Miami and Atlanta anchor the highest total search volume, while Orlando and Jacksonville show the fastest YoY growth, signaling expanding interest beyond legacy hubs. Tampa ranks among the top markets with above-average growth. Use. Results support clinic capacity planning, localized SEO, and patient education on silicone vs saline implants, candidacy, recovery timelines, and cost drivers. The record includes a publication-ready table and a combined bar + line chart for reuse with attribution.
