XALQARO RAQAMLI MOLIYA EKOTISTIKASIDA SUNT'IY INTELLEKTNING TARTIBGA SOLISHI, AXLOQIY VA XAVFSIZLIK QIYINCHILIKLARI

Abstract

Sun’iy intellektning raqamli moliyaga tez tarqalishi boshqaruv, etika va ma’lumotlar xavfsizligi bo‘yicha dolzarb munozaralarga sabab bo‘ldi. Sun’iy intellekt samaradorlik, shaffoflik va moliyaviy inklyuzivlikni oshirish bilan birga, bir vaqtning o‘zida moliyaviy tizimni yangi xavflarga - algoritmik tarafkashlik, ma’lumotlar maxfiyligining buzilishi, tizimli konsentratsiya va hisobdorlikdagi bo‘shliqlarga duchor qiladi. Xalqaro hisob-kitoblar banki, Xalqaro valyuta jamg‘armasi, Iqtisodiy hamkorlik va rivojlanish tashkiloti va Moliyaviy barqarorlik kengashining rasmiy ma’lumotlari va siyosat hisobotlaridan foydalangan holda, ushbu maqolada tartibga solish va axloqiy asoslar innovatsiyalarni barqarorlik bilan qanday muvozanatlashtirishi mumkinligi o‘rganiladi. Tahlil shuni ko‘rsatadiki, xalqaro raqamli moliyaning kelajagi uyg‘unlashtirilgan AI standartlari, axloqiy dizayn tamoyillari va transchegaraviy kiberxavfsizlik hamkorligiga bog‘liq bo‘ladi.
