It has been replaced by a new Zenodo archive that provides annual CHR&R data in a more accessible format. Access the current CHR&R relational data here:https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18157681 Relational files (analyst-focused) The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps (CHR&R) program provides county-level health data for the United States, supporting population health research, health policy, and community wellbeing. This Zenodo release contains 15 years of relational county-level health measures (2010–2025) designed for analysts and data users who wish to explore the underlying structure of the data. The relational hierarchy includes measure metadata such as definitions, weights, and model placement. Each year-specific subfolder contains the relational data for that year’s release, enabling programmatic analyses and integration with other datasets.
