The uploaded files are preprocessed datasets and code used for the Gene Regulatory Network Inference of Aspergillus (GRAsp) . GRAsp is a gene regulatory network for Aspergillus fumigatus, inferred using publically available data. For details please refer to Carriel, C., Halberg-Spencer, S., and Kotvanova, M., et. al. A network-based model of Aspergillus fumigatus elucidates regulators of development and defensive natural products of an opportunistic pathogen. Nucleic Acids Research (2025). The included directories contain the following files: GRAspV4.tar.gz - The processed network and Rscripts used to create the RShiny App (V4) of GRAsp. The Rshiny App can be accessed here: https://grasp.wid.wisc.edu/ Programs.tar.gz - Programs utilized for the data preparation and network inference task. Results.tar.gz - All inferred networks and TFA profiles used for this work. Data.tar.gz - The prior networks, motif instances, processed RNA-seq data used for this project. Associated README's can be found in each of the individual directories. For more inforamtion please contact Dr. Sushmita Roy or Dr. Nancy Keller at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
