FUQAROLARNING KONSTITUTSIYAVIY HUQUQ VA ERKINLIKLARINI HIMOYA QILISH MEXANIZMLARINI TAKOMILLASHTIRISH MASALALARI

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada fuqarolarning konstitutsiyaviy huquq va erkinliklarini himoya qilish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Inson huquq va erkinliklarini ta’minlash davlat siyosatining ustuvor yo‘nalishi sifatida qaralib, ularning huquqiy, institutsional va protsessual mexanizmlari o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston Respublikasida inson huquqlarini kafolatlashga qaratilgan islohotlar, xalqaro huquqiy standartlarga muvofiqlik, sud-huquq tizimini mustahkamlash va fuqarolik jamiyati institutlarining roli yoritilgan. Maqolada zamonaviy sharoitda inson huquqlarini himoya qilishning dolzarb masalalari, ularni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ham keltirilgan.
