Genomic insights into Ceratobasidium sp. associated with vascular streak dieback of woody ornamentals in the United States using a metagenomic sequencing approach

Abstract

MinHash (sourmash) database for fungi and oomycetes, built from 19,646 reference genomes with k=31. This collection of genome sketches (and accompanying SBT/LCA indexes, if included) enables fast similarity search, gather containment analysis, and lightweight taxonomic screening for metagenomes and assemblies. An accession list of all genomes is provided to support audit and rebuild; the database contains only fungal and oomycete taxa. Please cite this Zenodo record and the sourmash software when using the resource.
