Abstract

Supplementary Figures 7 and 8: UMAP showing the low-level cell subtype annotation of the final dataset with gene panel 1 (Suppl. Fig. 7), and gene panel 2 (Suppl. Fig. 8). UMAP low dimensional representation of cell expression in the final dataset, gene panel 1 and 2. The colouring reflects the low-level cell substates annotation. UMAP: Uniform manifold maximum approximation and projection, VSMC: vascular smooth muscle cell. The indiviual substates can be highlighted by clicking on their names in the legend on the right side of the main plot area.
