
Abstract. This scientific work explores the role of communicative methodology in language teaching, emphasizing its effectiveness in developing learners’ communicative competence and language fluency. Traditional teaching methods often prioritize grammar accuracy and vocabulary memorization, which limit students’ ability to use language in real-life contexts. The communicative approach, on the other hand, focuses on meaningful interaction, learner participation, and authentic communication. This study analyzes key principles of the communicative language teaching (CLT) framework, its advantages, and challenges in classroom implementation. It also investigates teachers’ and learners’ perceptions of communicative activities and their impact on motivation and performance. Findings suggest that communicative methodology not only enhances language proficiency but also fosters confidence, creativity, and cultural awareness. The article concludes that integrating communicative strategies into modern curricula is essential for achieving effective and student-centered language education
