
Ushbu tezis talabalarda o‘z-o‘zini nazorat qilish (self-control) va o‘zini-boshqaruv (self-regulation) kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishning pedagogik-psixologik xususiyatlarini tizimli yoritadi. Ishda metakognitiv yondashuv, o‘zini-aniqlash (selfdetermination) va irodaviy nazorat (volitional control) konsepsiyalari integratsiya qilinadi. Amaliy qismda haftalik qisqa sikllarga tayangan intervensiya modeli, uning kuzatuv ko‘rsatkichlari va joriy etish bo‘yicha metodik qo‘llanmalar taqdim etiladi. Model talabaning o‘qishda mustaqilligi, vaqtni boshqarishi va refleksiv yozuvlar madaniyatini kuchaytirishi kutiladi.
