This is the supplemental files for the review "Synthesizing Spectral and Field Observations of Post-fire Conifer Recovery in Dry Conifer Forests." It includes the datasheets used to extract data and the code used to process this dataset. For final figures please see the published paper. The structure of the folder is as follows: Python Code (1). RevisionsDataFormatting.ipynb - groups drivers into catagories and creates figures 3, 4, and 5. Relies on excel sheet Updated_Clean.xslx" (2). RecoveryPathways.ipynb - calculates the frequency of different pathways by approach. Relies on the excel sheet "RecoveryPathways.xlsx" Statistics are used to produce Figure 2 R-code: Supplemental_TableS1_Table_TableS2 : Creates .htmls for table S1, Table S2, and Table from processing associated datasheets Supplemental_Table34: Creates .htmls for Table S3 and Table S4 CalculatingDisturbance: Describes approach and data sources for calculating areas with fire disturbance across all of the westerncordillera. Runs on local files, but includes links to process the same data CalculateKappa: Calculates the kappa statistic for the review ShresthaVariableImpt: conversion of data from Shrestha et al. 2024 that is used to calculate the variable importance values used in the final calculation Excel Sheets categories (1).csv: description of the driver categories drivers_effects_ID (1).csv: driver ranked importance variables df_supplemental (1).csv: semi-processed and formatted data from Update_Clean.xlsx (procesing done in RevisionsDataFormatting.ipynb) ParentDatasheet.xslx- includes the notes and from data extraction for all of the selected studies. Studies that include multiple forest types have duplicate entries. RecoveryPathways.xslx - simplified description of pathways for studies that included studies full_text_exclusion_notes.xsls - describes inclusion and exclusion process for the full text exclusion research phase .RIS Searches for Literature Review Zip file that includes all files incorporated in systematic review from different sources. Files are named by date of search
