INTERVENCIONES PSICOLÓGICAS PARA EL ACOSO ESCOLAR EN ADOLESCENTES: UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA

Abstract

El acoso escolar fue un problema que cada vez aumentaba y repercutía significativamente en el bienestar y en el desarrollo emocional de los adolescentes; por tanto, resultó necesario encontrar estrategias de intervención que estuvieran respaldadas por la evidencia. El objetivo de la revisión fue encontrar qué técnicas o programas funcionan para abordar el acoso escolar en la adolescencia. Se realizo una revisión sistemática siguiendo las indicaciones del protocolo PRISMA a través de las bases de datos SciELO, Scopus, Redalyc, Dialnet y Google Académico, entre los años 2014 y 2024. Se aplicaron criterios de inclusión y exclusión, de 101 registros potencialmente relevantes, se consideraron ocho estudios para realizar una síntesis cualitativa. En el análisis de la literatura mostro que el entrenamiento en habilidades sociales, la terapia cognitivo-conductual y las intervenciones psicoeducativas son las que mejores resultados tienen, ya que demuestran una reducción significativa del acoso, un aumento de la autoestima y una mejora de las relaciones entre iguales. Entre los hallazgos destacó la necesidad de promover programas multicomponente que involucraran a familias, profesionales y el contacto directo con los centros escolares, así como reforzar las políticas educativas y de salud mental para que la respuesta fuera poliédrica y sostenible frente al acoso escolar en la adolescencia.
