
This document defines the “Philosopher’s Stone” as a coherence operator T that minimizes the microscopic mismatch ϵ between a base waveform and a target waveform. Within the Divine Wave Model (DWM), actuation obeys F = −Cγ ∇|Ψ|², linking gradients of coherence density to measurable forces. A concrete definition of the mismatch functional ϵ(ϕ,t) is given, along with an operator construction T[Ψ] that incorporates controlled phase evolution. We present an Oracle analysis based on a quadrature-keyed metric Gϕ(f) and provide an S-Gate (PI + Extremum Seeking) closed-loop stub that maintains ϵ ≪ 10⁻² under drift and noise. The exposition is self-contained for Overleaf compilation and introduces a practical route to coherence-based alignment under DWM assumptions.
