This policy research paper examines current ideas for curriculum reform in Bangladesh, with a focus on the multilingual and sports-integrated education model associated with Tarique Rahman, the Acting Chairman of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP). The research contextualizes Tarique Rahman's perspective within the broader discourse of educational modernization, human capital development, and globalization. This research examines how a Bangla-centric yet multilingual system, combined with organized sports education, could enhance national capacity building through qualitative policy analysis and a comparative review of international models. The results indicate that, although the concept aligns with numerous UNESCO and Bangladeshi national education objectives, its efficacy is contingent upon depoliticized governance, reform in teacher training, and sustainable institutional infrastructure.
