Inteligencia emocional como pilar para una educación de calidad: una revisión sistemática

Abstract

La presente revisión sistemática tiene por finalidad analizar la contribución de la inteligencia emocional en el sistema educacional, resaltando su impacto en la práctica docente, el rendimiento estudiantil y el desarrollo socioemocional de los actores educativos. Con este propósito, y de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos por el enfoque PRISMA, se procedió a indagar, recopilar, evaluar y analizar exhaustivamente 21 publicaciones (entre 2020 y 2025) de enfoques mixtos, cualitativos y cuantitativos, indexadas en bancos de datos reconocidos, tales como SciELO y Scopus. Los hallazgos de las investigaciones demostraron que la inteligencia emocional influye de modo relevante en el marco social, pedagógico y laboral de la comunidad educativa. Por ello, se organizaron los resultados en tres escenarios, denominados dimensiones: rendimiento estudiantil, formación pedagógica y bienestar socioemocional. Finalmente, se infiere de las publicaciones revisadas que la inteligencia emocional constituye un pilar transversal en el currículo educativo, cuya integración resulta fundamental para favorecer la formación académica, alcanzar mayores logros laborales y promover el equilibrio emocional mediante la gestión de los propios estados emocionales y los de los demás.
