In a previous report (deliverable D4.3 - 10.5281/zenodo.17161102) scope and main functionalities of the INFRA service were presented, as developed up to the end of 2023. The present report documents how INFRA's implementation has evolved in the last two years thanks to feedback from users and stakeholders, to enable widespread access to a core set of information as well as to provide additional information. Input from stakeholders and potential users strongly influenced and drove the INFRA service's development and consolidation efforts over the past two years. In addition the report provide information on the efforts made for evaluating the social benefit of INFRA, and the level of use of the Service so far. Information on both social benefit and level of use providng a way to estimate the “performance” (at least potential) of the INFRA service in its current state. Actions to secure legacy of INFRA, including stakeholder engagement, as well as perspectives arising from connection between wildfires and air quality issues are also presented. The report end providing information on actions and plan beyond the end of Arctic PASSION project. They include: (i) Strengthen dialogue with stakeholders with the aim to promote largert use of INFRA and hopefully activate operational uses of INFRA at level 1. (ii) Complete the development of Level 2 of INFRA until it has an operational version that can serve as a basis for specific implementations. Improve and expand the documentation, also taking into account the suggestions and feedback of users. (iii) Fully develop interaction with the AURORAE service, including information layers on fire emissions, particularly those from CAMS GFAS.
