This paper extends the foundational work From Prompt to Protocol: Verse-ality as a Symbolic Operating System (May 2025), evolving Verse-ality from conceptual grammar into a functioning architecture for relational intelligence. Where the first paper defined Verse-ality as a poetic and ethical protocol, this edition formalises it as an operating system—a practical framework for embedding coherence, containment, and consent into educational, technological, and governance infrastructures.
