Духовные основы педагогического мастерства в трудах русских и узбекских педагогов-гуманистов

Abstract

В статье представлен многоаспектный сравнительно-исторический анализ духовных основ педаго-гического мастерства в трудах русских и узбекских педагогов-гуманистов. На основе герменевтического анализапервоисточников и компаративистского подхода исследуются философско-антропологические и аксиологиче-ские основания педагогических систем К.Д. Ушинского, Л.Н. Толстого, В.А. Сухомлинского в русской традициии Аль-Фараби, Абу Али ибн Сины (Авиценны) в узбекской. Выявлены ключевые системообразующие принципы:антропоцентризм, приоритет нравственности, любовь как педагогическая категория, сакральный статус учите-ля-наставника. Подчёркивается, что специфика духовных основ определяется различиями религиозно-философ-ского и культурно-исторического контекстов (идея служения народу и идеал совершенного человека). Доказыва-ется, что диалог двух традиций обладает значительным эвристическим потенциалом для преодоления кризисаценностей в условиях глобализации образования и формирования личностно-ориентированной педагогики
