AI for Governance: The Unrest Magazine of RMN News – November 1-15, 2025 Issue

Abstract

THE UNREST is a news magazine published by RMN News Service (Raman Media Network or RMN) and edited by Rakesh Raman. This specific issue, dated November 1-15, 2025, focuses on economic and political upheavals in the world. The content covers several crucial global and domestic issues, including the expansive role of Artificial Intelligence (AI), detailing a strategic framework for its implementation in public governance in developing nations, China’s “AI Plus” Initiative, and the launch of Elon Musk’s AI-powered encyclopedia, Grokipedia, by xAI. Politically, the magazine addresses the acceleration of the global rule of law recession due to authoritarian trends, the shift in US strategy toward economic coercion against Moscow, and the rising public discontent fueling global “No Kings” protests. A significant focus is placed on India's judicial crisis, highlighting a staggering backlog of over 53 million pending cases and describing the judiciary as a "compromised institution, plagued by inefficiency, opacity, and corruption", alongside reporting on alleged corruption involving the Modi government (termed 'Modani' corruption) and the controversial appointment of Justice Surya Kant as the Chief Justice of India. The RMN network also provides public services such as the Pressed Reporter Service for persecuted journalists and a Consumer Complaints Platform. Rakesh Raman
