
This article analyzes the challenges in organizing the scientific research activities of future pedagogues, as wellas the issues related to their sufficient involvement in these activities. A number of ideological and practical problems hinderingthis process have been identified. The study also examines the availability of adequate conditions for conductingscientific research in educational and research centers, as well as in scientific laboratories, and highlights the insufficientincentive mechanisms for researchers engaged in scientific activities. Furthermore, measures to enhance the interest offuture pedagogues in scientific research, the problems and influencing factors encountered during the research process,and comprehensive solutions and recommendations have been provided
