Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oilaviy shifokorlarni tayyorlash jarayonida boshqaruv kompetensiyalarini shakllantirishmasalasi yoritilgan. Unda boshqaruv kompetensiyalarining mohiyati, turlari, mutaxassisning kasbiy faoliyatida zarurbo‘lgan ko‘nikma va fazilatlari, shuningdek boshqaruv funksiyalarini samarali amalga oshirish omillari tahlil qilingan.Mualliflar tadqiqotlar asosida oilaviy shifokorlarni boshqaruv kompetensiyalari bilan ta’minlash oilaviy sog‘liqni saqlashtizimida innovatsion yondashuvlar va yuqori samaradorlikka erishish uchun muhim omil ekanini ta’kidlaydi
